BACKGROUND
ASTRO has established and maintains a quality management system for the “Management and Systems Design, Engineering, Integration, Furnishing and Performance of the Installation, Commissioning, Training and Maintenance and Operations of Information and Communications Technology Networks and Provision of Consulting Services.”

We are dedicated and committed to this quality policy. We have implemented, documented, and are maintaining the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System and will ensure that all applicable requirements of the standard are met.
The Quality Policy includes a commitment to comply with requirements and continually improve the effectiveness of the quality management system.

Our overall goal is to achieve 100% customer satisfaction. To achieve this goal, we will strive for excellence and continual improvement in all our activities, and encourage a team attitude among management and our employees.
Our Quality Objectives are as follows:
- Obtain and retain ISO Certification and registration,
- Achieve 90% customer satisfaction rating for the first year,
- Increase the satisfaction goal to 95% over the following 5 years, and
- Become technically qualified on 80% of proposals submitted
